SillySki Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

Cute Seal Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited operates this service. This page explains SillySki’s data practices alongside the shared SillyRaces Privacy Policy linked below. Contact: derekzmhk@gmail.com.

Accounts and game data

Games on the SillyRaces platform share a single account. Account information includes: email, public username, account ID, salted password hash and recovery-key hash. SillySki stores signed-in rider names and drawings, run timing and controls used to validate a submitted score, distance, Best Spin, continuation use and timestamps. Rider drawings are accessible through your signed-in account. Your email, password and recovery key are never included in public rankings.

Publishing and location

Selecting Publish score makes your username, rider name, country/region, distance, Best Spin and continuation use public. The hosting service may infer approximate country and city from your IP address for regional rankings. You may choose your displayed country. We do not request GPS. Friends filters do not make results private. Shared challenge links contain a score and, if signed in, your public account ID.

Cookies and browser storage

The essential sj_account cookie keeps you signed in across games on the SillyRaces platform for up to 30 days. Browser storage remembers guest drawings, selected rider, friend filters, sound and language. Guest data remains on this device and can be lost when cleared. Signed-in riders are stored in your account. Clearing cookies signs you out but does not delete cloud records.

Advertising

Ad revives and ad-unlocked slots are not active. Elsewhere on SillyRaces, Google AdSense may be offered subject to privacy choices and regional restrictions. Google and other vendors may use cookies to serve or personalise ads based on previous visits. Optional advertising is off unless allowed. See the shared policy for Google links, opt-outs and consent details. Clicking ads never earns rewards.

Providers, retention and your choices

Cloudflare supplies hosting, databases and media storage. The shared account service uses its configured SMTP provider for password-reset email. Providers process technical request information and may process data outside your country. We use data to operate the games, validate scores, prevent abuse and handle support. Cloud data is retained while needed for these purposes, subject to deletion requests and limited legal, security or backup retention. Email us to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply.

Children and updates

Accounts require age 13 or the higher local minimum. Do not include children’s personal details in names or drawings. Parents may contact us about deletion. We update this policy when practices change and seek consent where required; continuing to play does not itself consent to new optional data processing.

Challenge balances and share rewards

We store daily challenge use, earned challenge balances, run tickets and one-time reward records to prevent duplicate claims. Guests receive an essential ski_guest cookie lasting up to one year to identify their browser’s balance; it does not contain their drawing or email. Share links contain a random reward identifier. A completed system-share callback or a different visitor opening the link can claim its reward once. We do not receive your chosen recipient’s name or address from the share sheet. Clearing guest cookies may disconnect you from your guest balance.
