SillySki Terms of Service

SillySki is operated by Cute Seal Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited. These game-specific terms supplement the shared SillyRaces Terms linked below. Using the service means accepting the applicable terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

Accounts and play

Accounts require age 13 or the higher local minimum. A parent or guardian must review the terms for users below the age of majority. Keep credentials private. SillySki is a free drawing and timing game with no wagering or cash prizes. Its scores and rider slots are separate from SillyHoof. Two rider slots and one Continue per run are currently free; future advertising features are not active. Virtual benefits have no cash value.

Your drawings and public scores

You keep your rights in your drawings. Saving or publishing grants us the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, reproduce and display your content to operate the game. Publishing a score makes its username, rider name, country, results, rider drawing and last successful jump replay public. Do not upload private, unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content. No bots, forged scores, account intrusion or reward manipulation. We may remove invalid results or suspend abusive accounts. Contact us to request a review or removal.

Availability and responsibility

Online saving needs a connection. Guest data can be lost if browser storage is cleared. Games may change or be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation; indirect or consequential losses are excluded to that same extent. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, law and contact

The shared terms cover intellectual property, advertising, termination and governing law: British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law, without overriding mandatory local protections.
