SillyRaces

SillyRaces FAQ

Do all four games share an account?

Yes. SillyHoof, SillySki, SillyIsland and SillyClimbing use your SillyRaces sign-in. Scores and game-specific characters remain separate. Signing in does not convert a result from one game to another.

Why is my score missing?

Check whether this was practice, whether you completed the round and whether saving or publishing succeeded while signed in. Then check the country and time filter. Guest and unfinished attempts are not automatically published. Each game guide explains its ranking and save rules.

Can I clear my browser data?

Guest drawings, journals and preferences may be local. Use the game’s save options and verify the saved items before clearing data or switching devices. Signing in alone does not necessarily upload every local item.

Why does the island show a 3D error?

SillyIsland requires WebGL. A browser that cannot create a supported 3D context can show a recovery screen. Try a WebGL-capable browser with graphics acceleration available. If it loads but runs slowly, try Auto or Battery quality in Settings. Include the exact error and device when reporting it.

Where are language and control settings?

Use the game’s language control for English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese. Guides have a selector at the top and list touch, mouse and keyboard controls. In a bug report, say whether you used a phone in portrait or landscape, a mouse or a keyboard.

How do I get account or privacy help?

Use Contact for account, data or inappropriate-content reports. Include the game name and a short explanation. Never send passwords or recovery keys. Data-deletion requests may require verification of ownership.
