These terms govern your use of SillyRaces.com and its games, operated by Cute Seal Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
1. Games and availability
We provide free browser-based games, including SillyHoof, SillySki, SillyIsland and SillyClimbing. Games and features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable or required by law.
2. Accounts and age
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your location, to create an account. If you are below the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review these terms and agree to your use. Provide an email you can access and keep login credentials and recovery keys private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Guest progress is stored in your browser and may be lost when you clear data or switch devices. Signed-in cloud features require a working connection. We cannot guarantee recovery of every lost run.
3. Gameplay, scores and virtual items
SillyHoof is a skill-based drawing and timing game. Fence height and timing difficulty increase as a run progresses; retry rules can differ from a fresh run. Leaderboard results are subject to validation and may be corrected or removed if invalid.
Runs, feed, stable slots and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and are not transferable outside supported game features. This service offers no wagering or cash prizes. Daily limits and reward availability may change. Free practice does not publish official scores.
4. Your drawings and public records
You retain any rights you have in drawings and other content you create. By saving or publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate the game, cloud stable, leaderboards and sharing features.
Published usernames, horse drawings, scores and replays can be viewed by others. Keeping an official result while signed in can publish it automatically, and improved records for a published horse may update automatically. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or include personal details. Contact us to request removal. This licence ends when content is removed from our active service, subject to limited backup, legal and technical retention.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or privacy-invasive names or drawings.
- No cheating, forged results, reward manipulation, bots, abusive scraping, or interference with service operation.
- No attempts to access someone else’s account or private data.
- No infringement of others’ copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- No encouragement of invalid ad clicks or artificial impressions.
Report content or a security concern through Contact. We may remove content or suspend accounts for a breach, abuse or legal necessity. You can email us to ask for a review.
6. Our content and permitted use
The site’s software, branding, graphics and text are owned by or licensed to us, except player content and third-party material. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment and use the sharing features provided. Redistribution, commercial exploitation, framing or embedding requires our permission. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
7. Advertising and external links
Where available, labelled display ads help support the game. You never need to click an ad to play or receive a reward. Optional rewarded videos are described before you choose them; a reward is granted only after the applicable completion condition is confirmed. No available ad means no guaranteed ad reward, and you may keep your result instead.
Third-party websites and offers have their own terms and privacy policies. An advertisement is not our endorsement. We do not control third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop playing at any time and contact us to request account deletion. We may update these terms, publish the new effective date, and provide further notice or obtain agreement where legally required. Changes do not remove accrued statutory rights.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without overriding mandatory protections or rights to bring claims where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
